We are excited to build on our history of providing quality child care by expanding our services to include an early childhood education program in the Britannia-Youngstown community.
The program will be open to the greater community and will include:
The new facility will be located at 157 Street and 102 Avenue, on the main level of a five-storey apartment building operated by Brentwood Community Development Group. This project is a collaborative partnership between Terra and Brentwood, incorporating affordable housing, affordable child care and family support programs all at one location.
We are thrilled that the Alberta Government has selected this program as an ELCC centre. Through this initiative, we will help bring affordable, quality child care to families in Edmonton.
If you have questions about Alberta’s new Early Learning and Child Care centres, please contact ELCC@gov.ab.ca.
We are currently finalizing the opening date and application process and we are not taking applications or creating a wait list at this time.
We will post updates to this page and on Terra’s Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts.
We're here to help.
