Post High School Transition Program

Reaching new heights and looking beyond high school is the focus of Terra’s Post High School Transition program. The program supports young parents who are balancing parenting with new educational or employment expectations as they transition from high school into the next stage of their lives.

The Post High School Transition program focuses on building the skills needed to navigate new systems (including post-secondary), plan for the future (employment readiness) and handle unexpected challenges (resilience). With the flexibility to meet participants in the community, including at their place of study, the program facilitator is a consistent support providing guidance, direction, coaching and practice in all areas of the young parents’ lives.

The program facilitator is a member of the Services for Educational Achievement team, and is also available onsite at Braemar School to work with students who are exploring career options and navigating application and registration systems.

Post-Secondary Scholarships
