Terra relies on volunteers, financial and in-kind donations to offer services and support our teen parents.
At Terra, our specialized team tailors programs and services to meet the needs of each teen parent. Always safe, never judgemental. Learn more about what we have to offer our young families.
We’re always looking for community members who are interested in supporting teen parents and their families.
Most volunteer opportunities take place at one of our locations: at our west-end building 10320 – 146 Street, at Braemar School or at Brentwood House. We’ll place you in a volunteer role based on your skill set and best fit. You will meet personally with our Volunteer Coordinator throughout your volunteer experience. We encourage you to contact us to begin your application process. You must be 18 or older, willing to attend an interview, provide references and complete a police and child welfare check.
At Terra, the value of your commitment is recognized not just by the agency, but by the families we serve. They truly are grateful for the additional support volunteers like you provide.
Terra welcomes groups of volunteers to support our work based on the needs of our programs. If you are a part of a group that would like to contribute your time to make a difference in supporting teen parent families, please get in touch!
