Jenny is the mom of Gabriella, who is almost two years old. She is a participant in Terra’s Family Outreach Program and is currently upgrading her grades so she can attend post-secondary to become an x-ray technician. She is also a member of Terra’s Peers Educating Peers Program and presents at local high schools about the realities of being a teen parent. Jenny opened our Promising Futures event with this heartfelt piece she wrote about the stages of becoming a young mom and the special bond between parent and child.
