Family Learning

Children are at the heart of our Family Learning work. The Family Learning team works directly with young parents in the community to provide services, supports and basic necessities to help them create better lives for themselves and their families. This includes building parenting capacity and life skills through home visitations and groups, connecting parents to community resources and assistance with goal setting. Services are tailored for each family depending on their needs.

We strongly believe young families have potential and when they are offered the support, information and resources they need, they become empowered and make healthier choices for themselves and their children.
