Terra was founded in 1971 based in part by the need for accessible childcare for young moms completing their high school education. As a guest of Promising Futures, you will see how 53 years later, programs and services offered to participant families continue to be centered around our youngest community members. Programs, services and partnerships are multigenerational, fostering nurturing environments for themselves and their children. Every child deserves a strong foundation, a safe environment and the opportunity to realize their potential, no matter their circumstances. Children and youth are our future, prioritizing their well-being, education, and development is essential for building a better society.
Our annual fundraiser brings our supporters, old and new, together, to recognize our work and raise critical funds for essential supports and programs to ensure a stronger future for Terra families.
