For many teens, graduation is more than a milestone—it’s a moment to shine, to reflect, and to celebrate how far they’ve come. For the teen parents attending our EPSB partner school, Braemar, this year’s graduation will be extra memorable thanks to a long-standing partnership with Cinderella’s Closet.

For 25 years, Cinderella’s Closet has been helping students overcome financial barriers to experience the joy of choosing a beautiful dress, shoes, and accessories for graduation—at no cost to them or their families. What began as a simple idea has become a cherished tradition for Terra participants, who have been accessing the program since it first began.

Each spring, Terra staff accompany graduates to a special location filled with racks of elegant gowns, sparkly shoes, and all the finishing touches. The excitement is contagious as each young mom finds the outfit that reflects her confidence and personality.

Graduation is always a major achievement, but for teen parents balancing school, parenting, and life’s many challenges, it represents something even more profound: perseverance, growth, and a powerful step toward a bright future. For 25 years, Cinderella’s Closet has ensured that these incredible young parents are celebrated with the dignity, beauty, and joy they deserve.
