When: Every Tuesday from April 5th to May 31st, from 5:30pm to 7:30pm

What: Join us to learn a variety of financial skills such as budgeting, how to navigate your taxes, different banks and services, and dealing with debt. Dinner and bus tickets will be provided at 5:30pm, and participants will be able to access clothing donations during group. Child minding will be provided but space is limited so RSVP early.
*Participants who attend the majority of these groups will be eligible for a Walmart or Superstore gift card.
When: Every Tuesday – June 7 to June 28, 5:30 to 7:30 pm
What: The main goal of the program is to promote the value and benefits of literacy for the whole family and encourage families to become lifelong learners. The program contains discussions, hands-on activities, singing, rhyming, reading books and having meals together as a group. At each session, families receive gifted books to build their home libraries. Childminding will be provided but space is limited, RSVP early to guarantee a spot. Dinner and bus tickets will be provided.

What: If you are looking for some support with your job search then come join us for this group. Come learn about and develop your resumes and cover letter. Other topics will include interview skills, job readiness and transferable skills. Dinner will be provided as well as child minding.
When: 5pm to 8pm April 26 & 27, June 28 & 29

What:
Dinner will be provided from 5 to 6pm and an Alberta Health Services Nurse will sessions to community members to help prepare them for childbirth. Topics often include when to go to the hospital, the labour process, coping strengths and strategies for both mom and the support person, postpartum care, newborn feeding and care basics, finding credible information on the internet and more. Bus tickets and donations can be accessed at group. This program is free for all participants.
