Job Overview:
The Family Support Coach supports caregivers of adolescents experiencing behavioral, emotional, and relational challenges through group programs, drop-in supports, and individualized coaching. Using a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, strengths-based, and family-centered approach, this role helps caregivers build confidence, strengthen family relationships, and develop practical strategies that promote positive youth development and well-being.
The Family Support Coach provides case management, service coordination, advocacy, and referrals while facilitating access to community resources and supports. Working collaboratively with families and community partners, the role fosters caregiver resilience, peer connection, and capacity building, ensuring inclusive and responsive services that support diverse families and contribute to positive outcomes for youth and caregivers.
Job Conditions:
This is a full time (35 hours/week) with flexible hours Monday through Friday, 2 evenings/week, and the occasional weekend based on the needs of families and staff and to support day/evening programming. The main office space is located at 10320 146 Street.

Compensation: The starting salary for the position is $47,857.
Upon completion of a probationary period, we offer a comprehensive, competitive, extended health benefits package including RRSP contribution. Staff have three weeks of vacation, and, in addition, the agency is closed between Christmas day and New Years.
