Anyone who has met Terra’s Executive Director, Karen Mottershead, knows that her belief in the potential of teen parents is infectious. She truly cares about each and every client and works diligently to make the world a better place for the young families Terra serves.
This month, we celebrate Karen’s 15th Anniversary at Terra Centre. She started at the agency in 1997 as the Manager of Community Services, worked her way up to Assistant ED in 1999 and finally into her current position as ED in 2002. Since then, Terra has made great advances in educating the community on the challenges teen parents face and the support that is required to ensure both teen parents and their children get off to the best start in life possible.
Thank you for all you do, Karen! Cheers to 15 Years!
